Summer update |
Hello all you "assassins" out there! Just a quick update on what's going on with The Assassination over the summer. Currently we are taking a short break to enjoy a bit of fun in the sun. But don't worry, we will be getting back at it soon. Look for a performance in Vancouver B.C. towards the end of August, and we will be releasing an E.P. this fall. So far the songs we are looking at recording are "Follow You, Follow Me" (a left over from "Find Your Way Out"), a couple of covers including the Fu Manchu tune "Eatin' Dust", and one or two new tunes. After that we are planning on releasing a split dvd with fellow Worn Records artists The Misconducts. Writing for a new full length album has already begun and the expectations are extremely high. This is going to be a very unique album and we can't wait to start recording for it. Don't expect to hear it until next year, but we will keep on top of the updates. Hope everyone has a great summer! We will rock out with all of you soon!!!
